Understanding Impact: An Introduction to Evaluating Nonprofit Programs

Designed for small nonprofits and individuals new to outcome evaluation, this five-session webinar series will provide participants with the tools and strategies needed to assess and communicate the effectiveness of their programs and services. Participants will identify outcomes they want their programs and services to achieve, develop a plan to evaluate effectiveness, and explore ways to communicate their organization’s impact.

Nonprofit Boards 101

Serving on a nonprofit board is one of the most meaningful ways to give back to your community, but it can feel overwhelming without the right foundation. In this 90-minute hands-on workshop, new board members will explore the nonprofit landscape, their core roles and legal responsibilities, and tools to lead with confidence. Join Extension’s educators who work with community nonprofits for a five-session series tailored to the needs of new nonprofits, small nonprofits, and people new to nonprofit fundraising. You will learn the fundamentals of effective fundraising and develop the skills you need to meet your financial goals.
