Elevando Wisconsin is a leadership development program with proven success in building leadership capacity and pathways.

It is an educational program where individuals hone leadership skills and prepare for leadership roles, creating a network of active, effective leaders.

Friday, March 28 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Session 4
Friday, April 4 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Session 5
Friday, April 11 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Session 6
Friday, April 25 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Session 7
Friday, May 2 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Session 8
Friday, May 9 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Session 9
Friday, May 16 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
This session will include content, lunch, and a graduation celebration.
NOTE: This session will be in person. The location will be posted once identified.

To graduate from Elevando Wisconsin, participants are expected to commit the time to fully participate in the program by attending all 9 sessions. The full commitment of each participant is critical to the success of the program and each class member’s experience.


How many sessions must I attend?
Participants are expected to attend all sessions. If they miss more than two sessions, they will be asked to withdraw from the program and forfeit their enrollment fee.

Will there be coursework in addition to the Zoom sessions?
Participants are expected to engage in pre – and post-class reflections, exercises, and reading assignments when assigned.

How long will coursework take to complete?
The amount of time needed to complete pre-class work will vary. However, in most cases, it will take less than one hour.


Is assistance available for those who cannot afford the cost of the program?
The cost of participating in Elevando Wisconsin is $300 per person. This fee covers the cost of the sessions, including speakers and materials. Financial assistance is available on a limited basis.

The application form includes a page to apply for assistance. Requests are confidential.

How can I get my employer’s support to take this course?
We provide a sample letter for employees to give to their employers.
